The University of Groningen applies three sets of general terms and conditions.

These General Purchasing Terms and Conditions apply to purchases by the University of Groningen with regard to real estate and property-related matters within the university. This concerns projects such as new construction, renovation and maintenance, where contracts are concluded with contractors, architects and consultants.
